Sample Requests – Terms & Conditions Addendum

By submitting a request for product samples (“Samples”), you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility & Approval
Sample requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities, substitute products of equal or similar type, or decline requests based on availability, geography, or other business considerations.

What You Will Receive
Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and may differ from commercially available packaging. Product types, sizes, or specifications are not guaranteed and may be substituted based on inventory.

Processing & Delivery Time
Approved sample requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days. Delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to inventory, holidays, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping & Risk of Loss
Once Samples are transferred to the carrier; risk of loss passes to the recipient. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If Your Sample Does Not Arrive
If your Sample has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at gloveinfo@harpsglobal.com. We may, at our discretion, arrange a replacement shipment or close the request.

Use of Samples
Samples are provided at no charge and are intended solely for internal evaluation. They are not for resale, redistribution, or clinical/consumer use except as permitted by applicable law and product labeling. HARPS Global does not bear any liability for use of the samples outside of its intended purpose.

No Warranty
Samples are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
